A: Our warehouse generally ships your order within 48 hours after receiving your purchase order. We are happy to do the best we can to accommodate anyone with specific delivery dates.

Q: Do you ship anywhere?
A: We are able to ship anywhere within the United States.

Q: Is assembly required?
A: Yes, assembly is required for table bases and metal indoor chairs & barstools. Our warehouse can happily assemble orders of indoor chairs & barstool for a fee. Please note that assembled chairs & barstools are more susceptible to freight damage.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you are unsatisfied with your furniture, we will happily take it back within 7 days of receiving your order. Products need to be returned in the original packing without any use or damage. Once our warehouse receives your return, a thorough inspection is conducted. Once a return has been approved, a refund will be credited minus a 20% restocking fee.

Q: How do I clean my furniture?
A: A damp rag will most likely clean any of our furniture surfaces. If you need to use a cleaner, then we recommend using a non-abrasive cleaning solution. Do not use bleach on any of the furniture surfaces as this could strip the finishes.
